RRA Rules

RRA is given for QSO/SWL with Russian islands radiostations :
• 3 class: 10 Ref/20 QSL;
• 2 class: 25 Ref/50 QSL;
• 1 class: 50 Ref/100 islands;
• RRA Honor Roll: 100 Ref./150 QSL;
• RRA Trophy: 75% Ref. activated islands (180 islands on 01.01.2004)

Repeated QSO/SWL with the same Reference are not allowed.
There are no band/mode/time restrictions.
All QSOs/SWLs must be done from the same DXCC Country.

Award Application

The "originals" of QSLs are required for RRA HR & RRA Trophy. The application must be based on the received QSL cards photocopies of which (both sides) must be sent along with the application. Sending scans of the QSL cards to the manager by e-mail (or by post) is also possible. The manager reserves the right to request any specific cards to satisfy any doubt whatsoever.
The verification of QSLs can be executed by Local Checkpoint.
The fee of verification should be paid by HAM/SWL.

Honor Roll RRA
HAM/SWL, achieved RRA Honor Roll, will be placed into RRA Honor Roll List, based on application (containing all QSOs/SWLs Data).
The application has to contain only the data of confirmed QSLs.
There are no necessity to send the QSLs to the Manager/Checkpoints, to be placed into RRA Honor Roll List.

• The fee for each class of award is 7 EURO or 10 IRC.
• The Plaque - Honour Roll fee - 35€. (a metal based board, weight - 0,6 kg)
