RASA Rules
    "RASA" is given for QSO/SWL with radiostations situated behind the arctic circle:
  • 3 class: 50 points
  • 2 class: 100 points
  • 1 class: 150 points
  • Honour Roll: more than 150 points
    The points are given in the following way:
  • 1 point - QSO/SWL with the radiostations behind the arctic circle,
    (for example: RA0BM, Norilsk)
  • 2 points - QSO/SWL with arctic expeditions behind the arctic circle,
    (for example : UA1QV/1)
  • 3 points - with island radiostaions behind the arctic circle,
    (for example: isl. Dikson)
  • 5 points - QSO/SWL with drift-ice polar radiostations,
    (for example: 4K0E, R0PA)

Repeated QSO/SWL are not allowed.
There is no date, band or mode restriction.
Certificates are issued in three different classes and Plaque - Honour Roll for confirmed contacts.

The application must be based on the received QSL cards photocopies of which must be sent along with the application. You may also email scans of the QSL cards to award manager. The manager reserves the right to request any specific cards to satisfy any doubt whatsoever.
When applying for the Honour Roll Plaque, the original QSL cards have to be sent along with an application.

  • The fee for each class of award is 7 EURO or 10 IRC.
  • The Plaque - Honour Roll fee - 35€. (a metal based board, weight - 0,6 kg)
